Often towards the end of a project there may remain elements that have been identified as outstanding queries. That is to say, Snags.
Moreover, we appreciate the reasons that an independent contractor may be required to undertake these snagging works. Certainly, timing can often be critical to meet deadlines.
For instance, snags may have been due to tradesmanship or damage caused when one of the trades leaves the site. This could be deemed a minor repair or require significant replacement works.
