The Guild of Master Craftsmen

Guild of Master Craftsmen Emblem
Posted on July 7, 2024July 10, 2024 by HPR

Restoration and Conservation of Heritage Properties is a rewarding task for us. Our team are passionate about our craft and understand that we are fortunate to work upon historic buildings that will remain for future generations.

Our heritage skills must be passed onto others for us to continue the legacy that our ancestors began. We recently had a work experience student from a local school and have a number of young persons working in our team.

An ambition of our traditional company has been to be recognised by the Guild of Master Craftsmen. A Guild is an association of artisans and merchants who oversee the practice of their craft or trade and who have skill, integrity and expertise.

After meeting with a representative to assess our combined aims and objectives, we began a validation process. In April of this year we received an acceptance letter; a membership pack followed with information how we can access professional support and advice services.

The Guild of Master Craftsmen provides consumers with a database of skilled and reputable professionals who are masters of their particular trade. These companies from around the country have been carefully vetted so if you are in need of skilled craftspeople, please consult the directory. We have our own webpage within the members:
